You may submit a paper application in person, by mail, or by fax to your DFS office.

3. What Happens After You Apply

After submission, DFS will contact you to schedule a phone or face-to-face interview. Most determinations are made within 30 days; in emergency cases, expedited benefits may be granted. If approved, your benefits will be loaded to your Wyoming EBT card for use at authorized food retailers.
